This morning we received a call that we received a Pre Approval (PA). I am happy to be able to show her picture, but we were told we would skip this step. I thought we would skip it and get LOA and TA at the same time. This is a very long difficult road! The waiting is driving me insane.
In the positive side, isn't she so cute???

I have been following the ups and downs of your story for a few weeks now and was terribly moved to see Emme's face today. She is truly beautiful. Emme, as someone who was also adopted as a baby I just want to wish you all the happiness in the world as you meet your forever family. God bless you all.
